What is Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology?

Dien Chan Zone is a facial reflexology technique that has been adapted from its roots in Vietnam and westernized in Italy. It is a message sent from the outside of the body to the inside. When we gently stimulate specific areas or zones on the face, we are deliberately interacting with the nervous system and directing the immune system to where it is needed the most. It is a conversation between body and mind, strengthening immunity and supporting balance.

It works to restore the correct flow of energy in the body. The body signals to us a problem by means of a pain or discomfort in the body. Such a symptom indicates an energetic block.

An energy block means there is a difficulty in circulation for the energy itself along the vital life force which nourishes our body. These blockages can indicate imbalances that can affect our health and well-being.

There are also beautifying benefits of facial reflexology due to improved circulation, better skin function, muscle toning and fine line reductions, however, real beauty comes from deep within. These results can be achieved by working with internal imbalances (digestive, hormonal, respiratory, etc.)

Before your treatment, we will discuss your symptoms and imbalances, and determine what is the most important concern to target during your treatment.

You will be provided with a simple protocol at the end of the treatment to stimulate these areas by yourself throughout the day, which can regulate and encourage the movement of energies within the body and hopefully encourage the free flow of energy and restore balance.
