Everything you need to know before your visit, so your experience can feel relaxed, unrushed, and fully supported.

Creating a peaceful and respectful space - for you and for me.

To ensure you receive the highest level of care and presence during your treatment, please take a moment to review the following policies. These guidelines help to honor your time, and the healing space created for you.

Booking

All appointments must be booked online. A valid card is required to reserve your time. No charges will be made until after your treatment unless a cancellation policy applies.

If you’re a new client, please complete your intake form prior to your appointment. This allows me to fully tailor your experience to you.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and be fully present. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time out of respect for the next client.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment is reserved just for you.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Emergencies and unexpected life moments happen. If something urgent arises, please contact me directly as soon as possible.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, cash, and mobile payments are accepted.

Health & Wellness

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have an active cold sore, dental infection, recent cosmetic procedure, or other condition that may affect your treatment, please reach out before your appointment so I can guide you appropriately.

Facial Massage & Injectables Policy

For your safety and best results, I do not perform facial massage services (including Gua Sha, Buccal, Sculpting, and Fascia Release) within the following timeframes after cosmetic procedures:

  • Botox/Dysport: Wait at least 2 weeks before any massage

  • Dermal Fillers: Wait at least 4 weeks

  • Thread Lifts: Wait 6–8 weeks with provider clearance

These waiting periods allow time for the treated area to settle and help me provide facial massage safely and appropriately. Always let me know about recent or upcoming cosmetic procedures, and when in doubt, check with your injector before scheduling.

Pregnancy

Pregnant clients are warmly welcome. The Nurtured Mama Ritual is specifically designed to offer a gentle, supportive experience during pregnancy. If you are newly pregnant, have a high-risk pregnancy, or are unsure whether treatment is appropriate for you, please reach out before booking.

Respecting the Ritual

This is a space to unplug and come home to yourself. I invite you to silence your phone, settle in, and allow this time to be entirely yours.
