To ensure you receive the highest level of care and presence during your treatment, please take a moment to review the following policies. These guidelines help to honor your time, and the healing space created for you.

Booking

All appointments must be booked online. A valid card is required to reserve your time. No charges will be made until after your treatment unless a cancellation policy applies.

If you’re a new client, please complete your intake form prior to your appointment. This allows to fully tailor your experience.

Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and be fully present. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time out of respect for the next client.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Your appointment is reserved just for you.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Emergencies and unexpected life moments happen. If something urgent arises, please contact me directly as soon as possible.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, cash, and mobile payments are accepted.

Health & Wellness

If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, or have had recent exposure to illness, please reschedule. This is a healing space, and your comfort and your esthetician’s safety is a top priority.

For facial massage services (including buccal), please avoid treatment if you have active cold sores, dental infections, or recent cosmetic injectables. Reach out with any questions.

Facial Massage & Injectables Policy

For your safety and best results, facial massage services (including Gua Sha, Buccal, Sculpting, and Fascia Release) should be avoided following cosmetic injections:

• Botox/Dysport: Wait at least 2 weeks before any massage

• Dermal Fillers: Wait at least 4 weeks

• Thread Lifts: Wait 6–8 weeks with provider clearance

Massage too soon after injectables can shift product placement or interfere with integration. Always inform me of recent or upcoming procedures—your safety and results matter most.

Pregnancy & Contraindications

Pregnant clients are welcome! Please wait until the second trimester and book the Nurtured Mama Ritual, which is specifically tailored for this special season.

This is a space to unplug and come home to yourself. Please silence your phone and honor this time as sacred.
